I believe that food is best enjoyed around a table with friends.
Created with love and made for sharing, my menus draw on
the freshest of seasonal produce and are inspired by a mix of Middle Eastern and modern European cooking. I proudly focus on vegetarian and pescatarian menus and am drawn to reworking familiar dishes in thoughtful, contemporary ways.

Drawing on my experience in professional kitchens, I bring a creative, thoughtful approach to every event, balancing flavour, creativity, and sustainability. Each menu is crafted to suit the occasion, creating a dining experience that feels relaxed, personal, and centred around sharing.
